A holistic approach
Included in this scope of work will be a detailed planting plan that specifies quantities, sizes and types of proposed landscape plantings. If necessary and not a component of the architectural services, we will prepare construction documents for hardscape elements such as built in planters, benches, walls, fences, arbors, walks, ornamental water features, decorative pavement, swimming pool/spa, landscape lighting and other associated development.
Consultation Services encompass services that are not defined in Design or Construction Services. These include design revisions requested by the client after the Master Plan has been completed and approved; assisting the client and client representatives in dealing with regulatory and/or judicial processes; preparation of limited construction documents and related services in order to accommodate the schedules and sequences of the architect, general contractor and other team members that occur prior to the full completion of the design services phase.
